My Approach

First, I approach our work with an open mind. I don’t assume to know everything about you and your life based on paperwork, assessments, and our initial conversation. Getting to know people takes time and I frequently ask clarifying questions to ensure we’re on the same page.
Therapy is a collaborative effort. We will come up with a treatment plan that feels good to both of us to reach your desired outcomes.
I pull tools and techniques from multiple theoretical frameworks, making my approach “eclectic” and customized.
